About the Role:

You will be an integral part of a team of 7, working to provide high-quality, nutritious meals for approximately 120 students daily. In addition to daily service, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills by assisting with prestigious events and formal dinners held throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, adhering to recipes and portion control.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of menus for daily service and special events.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working atmosphere.
  • Assist with stock control and ordering.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and exciting menu options.

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Excellent culinary skills and a strong understanding of food hygiene and safety.
