Job Title: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

Salary: OTE £43,000
Westwood Hospitality is acting as a consultancy for this exciting opportunity to manage the kitchen operations of a unique and dynamic venue in Oxford. We are seeking a passionate and driven Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of kitchen management, ensuring exceptional food quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food consistently.
- Manage the overall kitchen operations, including inventory, food preparation, and cleanliness.
- Ensure all health and safety and food hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
- Develop and execute menus that drive sales while controlling costs.
- Manage budgets, financial targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
