Head Chef Role - Oxford
Were excited to present a Head Chef role in a brand-new,40-cover restaurant near Oxford (just 10 minutes away!). This is your chance to lead the kitchen, take full creative control of a unique British/English-inspired menu, and build something truly special.
The Package:- £75,000 salary (inclusive of tronc)
- Additional KPI bonus (£300£400/month)
- 48-hour contract
- Closed Sundays PM & Tuesdays (subject to change)
- Brand-new kitchen with premium equipment, including a Josper grill
- A strong team: Production Sous, 2 CDPs, KP
- An innovative and talented chef passionate about British cuisine.
- Local candidates with a valid drivers license (essential).
- Fine Dinning experience
- Creative flare
- Previous experience with a new opening is desirable but not essential
