Were excited to present a Head Chef role in a brand-new,40-cover restaurant near Oxford (just 10 minutes away!). This is your chance to lead the kitchen, take full creative control of a unique British/English-inspired menu, and build something truly special.

The Package:
  • £75,000 salary (inclusive of tronc)
  • Additional KPI bonus (£300£400/month)
  • 48-hour contract
  • Closed Sundays PM & Tuesdays (subject to change)
  • Brand-new kitchen with premium equipment, including a Josper grill
  • A strong team: Production Sous, 2 CDPs, KP
What Were Looking For:
  • An innovative and talented chef passionate about British cuisine.
  • Local candidates with a valid drivers license (essential).
  • Fine Dinning experience
  • Creative flare
  • Previous experience with a new opening is desirable but not essential
