- Experienced in leading and inspiring a kitchen team, Rosette experience preferred
- Skilled in menu development, cost control, and maintaining high standards
- Committed to delivering exceptional quality and consistency
- Knowledgeable about food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance
- Adaptable, organised, and able to perform under pressure
Head Chef Responsibilities:
