The role
we are looking for a senior chef de partie from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in the kitchen. You will ensure your section is ready for service, prep your fridge and cook in service to a good 3 rosette level. This role will include all the normal senior chef de partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a senior chef de partie with good knife skills, use fresh food, from a 2 rosette or 3 rosette background . You might be looking to learn higher cooking skills or use great produce, this is the kitchen for you.
