We currently have an excellent opportunity for a R&D Chemist to join an innovative research company in Oxfordshire.

As an R&D Organic Chemist you will work on several development projects to further the company's technology and applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work collaborative to deliver research and development projects to market
  • Design and run laboratory experimental work, including organic synthesis and formulation development work on materials & coatings.
  • Suggest and develop new research projects and applications.

Ideal candidates will have:

A PhD in Organic Chemistry or a degree/ master's in chemistry with industrial experience in the synthetic chemistry.

You will have experience in organic chemistry/ synthetic chemistry along with experience in thermal analysis and spectroscopy.

Experience in polymer chemistry or materials chemistry is desirable.
