Restore works in Oxfordshire with people who have severe and enduring mental health problems. The charity is one of the most well established and highly regarded community rehabilitation services in the UK.

We are now seeking a new CEO to work with the Board and staff team to take forward our vital work and lead the organisation through the next chapter of its evolution. As CEO you will:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team delivering complex, person-centred services and dynamic support teams.
- Maintain the commitment of staff and volunteers to Restore’s core organisational values.
- Drive improved member, staff and volunteer experience and engagement in a collaborative and co-produced way.
- Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion as integral to our work and values.
- Drive the strategic direction of the organisation to enable Restore to achieve its objectives, innovate and thrive.
The successful candidate will join at a time of change, meaning great opportunities to innovate, helping to build the Restore that is fit for the future and for the changing landscape.
