The Role:
As the Southern-based Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and growing sales within the motor and CV factor market.
- Building strong relationships with existing accounts and identifying new opportunities for business growth.
- Developing and implementing a sales plan to exceed targets.
- Providing expert advice and solutions to customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle parts sector.
- Ideally, you will have existing relationships and sold into CV factors and distributors and understand UK buying groups. However, a CV factor/distributor background will be considered.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the South of England.
