Business Development Manager

£65,000 - £75,000

The Business Development (BD) Manager will focus on generating outbound sales leads and managing inbound sales inquiries within their region.

The ideal candidate will be located near Milton Keynes or Oxford to best support the required regional coverage.

The BD Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, prospective clients, and partners within their region by attending networking events, industry conferences, and arranging in-person meetings.

A deep understanding of the interior design target market within the primary sectors and specialised service areas will be essential. The BD Manager will analyse CRM data and target audience profiles to inform and enhance the broader sales strategy while working closely with the marketing team to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
