Business Development Manager (Audio Visual)

The Company:

A rapid growing AV integrator specialising in high end corporate installations across the UK and Europe.

With over 50 employees, this trusted supplier has experienced rapid growth in the past 7 years, providing services to multiple huge blue-chip clients.

The Role:

This role offers a 50/50 split between new business development and account management responsibilities. You will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts to maximise revenue. This will involve both project-based sales and service agreements.

Key duties include:

  • Developing sales strategies and innovative methods of generating new business.
  • Onboarding new clients and managing their accounts to maximise profitability.
  • Converting inbound sales leads.
  • Consulting with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
  • Attending networking events, making cold calls, utilising LinkedIn outreach, and opening new doors.
  • Effectively communicating the client's vision with internal teams.
  • Assisting in responding to tenders for large projects.
  • Providing support to internal teams in producing quotations.
  • Attending client meetings to discuss their requirements and present potential solutions.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience within an AV or IT integrator.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales, selling to end users or office fit-out companies.
  • Relationship-focused with the ability to build strong professional bonds with clients.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Willingness to work from the office in Oxfordshire.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence would be highly beneficial.
