Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business development activities.
  • Attend and close sales meetings independently.
  • Build relationships with potential introducers and referral partners.

  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Excel in a high-energy, target-driven environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years of B2B solution sales experience (industry experience not essential).
  • Proficient in value-based/consultative selling.
  • Capable of engaging with diverse audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of meetings.
  • Previous field-based experience.
