My well known / housed hold name Client is urgently recruiting for a Head of Brand / Brand Manager to take ownership of their brand strategy, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact across all communications. As the Lead Brand Guardian, you will be responsible for overseeing brand guidelines, ensuring all messaging resonates with key audiences, and managing the internal design team, agency relationships, and brand budget.

Key Responsibilities

? Brand Development - Define and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, and messaging to maintain a strong, differentiated presence in the market.

? Brand Initiatives - Lead high-impact brand campaigns, activations, and creative projects that drive engagement and growth.

? Brand Guardianship - Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

? Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, product, design, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive brand identity and strategy.

? Brand Experience Evaluation & Innovation - Continuously assess brand performance, gather insights, and drive innovation to enhance brand perception and customer experience.

? Design & Agency Oversight - Manage and mentor the internal design team while building strong relationships with creative agencies to execute best-in-class brand initiatives.

? Budget Management - Oversee the brand budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximise impact and ROI.

About You

? Proven experience in brand management, ideally in a leadership role.

? Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand vision into action.

? Exceptional storytelling, communication, and creative direction skills.

? Experience managing internal design teams and agency partnerships.

? Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

? Passion for brand innovation and a customer-first approach.
