- £40,000 base salary
- Commission at 18% for the first £250,000 in fee income, giving a total OTE of £85,000 at that level.
- Commission at 15% for income between £250,000 and £500,000, with a total OTE of £122,500 at this level.
- Minimum guaranteed earnings of £60,000 for the first three months, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
