Essential:

  • Demonstrated record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outperformance in a direct sales role, ideally within education or a premium service industry.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and align solutions effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a persuasive yet empathetic approach to sales.
  • Tenacious, self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
  • Experience managing a high-value sales pipeline and driving conversions in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting

Desirable

  • Experience in selling premium educational programmes or working in international student recruitment.

  • Familiarity with the UK and international education systems, particularly summer or residential programmes.
  • Multiple languages desirable
