Our Client is seeking a talented and driven New Business Development Manager to join a forward-thinking software company that specialises in regulatory & compliance reporting solutions. With legislative changes driving demand across Europe and Asia Pacific, they are expanding their Sales Team to help meet the needs of their valued clients. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to build and drive a robust pipeline of opportunities, delivering measurable results in the European (EMEA) & Asia Pacific (APAC) regulatory market. You’ll work closely with a skilled pre-sales team to sell a cutting-edge software platform and associated services to government and financial regulators in the region. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve ambitious revenue targets, cultivate strong client relationships, and stay ahead of market trends through strategic face to face client engagement and research.

We’re looking for a candidate with proven success in software solution sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers at CIO, CTO and CRO level. You should have a business degree or equivalent experience, coupled with a track record of meeting or exceeding new business sales targets. Experience in regulatory reporting, data modelling, or working with EMEA & APAC markets is a plus, along with a results-driven, adaptable, and innovative mindset.
