An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a highly reputable electrical contractor based in Oxford. With a group turnover exceeding £500 million, this company is a market leader in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. Their diverse portfolio includes projects ranging from £1M to over £100M across sectors such as commercial offices, data centres, education, government buildings, retail, residential infrastructure, and pharmaceutical laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage resources, including materials, labour, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including PEPs, RAMS, and progress reports.
• Lead regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience:
o Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager managing projects valued from £1M to £100M+.
o Experience working for a building services contractor is preferred (however we are keen to talk to candidates from a main contractor aswell)
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication and client management skills.
o Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical systems and building services.
