Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join one of the largest M&E businesses within the UK at the moment. This company have just won a brand new project so is looking for Mechanical PM who can support another existing PM on site.

The candidate must have a good understanding of commercial & life science projects and can act as a lead on site. A Project Director will be on site a few times a week with a M&E Project Manager on site too for you to help push the scheme forward.

About the business

The company are a industry leader and have worked with huge main contractors such as MACE, Wates Group and ISG. A lot of their projects consist of large commercial schemes and data centres and with a large presence in London they are now looking to expand outside of the M25. This is giving real progression to their staff and is a exciting time to join the company.

Duties

  • Reporting into a Project Director
  • Overseeing a Mechanical Manager
  • Responsible for the budget of the project
  • Overseeing site programme
  • Reporting any issues into the client
  • Working alongside other sub - contractors
  • Must have strong experience within pre - construction as the site does not go live until January 2025
  • Holding weekly progress reports
  • RAMS & Risk Assessments
