As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical projects within the commercial and industrial sectors. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Lead and manage mechanical building services projects from inception to completion.

• Oversee the installation of high-quality mechanical systems, including pipework and HVAC solutions.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

• Work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and site engineers.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage procurement, cost control, and contract negotiations.

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

• Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in mechanical project management within the building services sector.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework installations.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of industry standards, regulations, and health & safety requirements.

• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or building services.

• Full UK driving licence.
