Pipeline Project engineering manager - 69873

Our client is a Global operator that have been awarded new projects in the energy transition and therefore recruiting an Engineering manager with exp in Oil & Gas / Hydrogen / CCUS / Refinery / Petrochemical.

Remote with travel

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of process safety elements, collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Support the selection, qualification, procurement, and delivery of long lead items for the hydrogen pipeline network.
• Assist in resolving engineering and construction challenges, including design changes during the construction phase.
• Provide evaluated and evidence-based input into critical decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Hydrogen, CCUS, or Process Plants.
• Knowledge of UK or international pipeline design and material standards (e.g., IGEM, GIS, API, ASME, ISO, ASTM).
• Experience in commercial and contract management of suppliers.
• Project delivery and team experience in pipelines and/or process plants.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams or consultants as an engineering manager or similar role.
• Experience in operational support, front-end loading, construction, and/or commissioning phases of process system and pipeline projects.
