A small multi-disciplinary with a respected Brand in Construction is seeking a competent Building Control Surveyor, who is a registered Class 3 G/H RBI (Registered Building Inspector) to aid with their BSA Principal Design service. They aim to provide a great career path into an Associate Director position upwards, despite having no more then 20 employees they are very profitable as a consultancy as they prefer to focus on detail over quantity, this allows them to treat their staff well.

The Building Control Surveyor's Role

As a Building Control Surveyor, you will become part of a dynamic and committed team focused on upholding high safety standards across a variety of construction projects. Your role will involve inspecting and certifying building work to ensure it meets the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022 and other applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the latest Building Safety Act 2022 provisions to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety standards throughout all projects.

The Successful Building Control Surveyor Will Have:

  • 4+ years within Building Control
  • Class 3 G/H RBI
  • Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / MCIOB / CBuildE / MRICS / RIBA / MCIAT
