A multi-discipline practice is looking to add a building surveyor to their Oxford office. This is a supportive opportunity for a junior Building Surveyor to join an established consultancy. You will work on projects up to 2million in the local Oxford area and surrounding home counties.

The opportunity is to join an already successful team undertaking a range of building surveying services across the professional and project disciplines. You the successful building surveyor will lead refurbishment, maintenance and new build schemes. We are looking for a confidential individual who is ambitious and is looking to continue professional development.

The role is to support a Senior Building Surveyor you will assist with survey schemes and projects. You will be offered a structured APC programme which includes full mentorship. Work is diverse you will have the opportunity to work in both the professional and project disciplines.

Building Surveyor
  • BSc in Building Surveying
  • Minimum 18 months in similar role
  • Enrolled on APC or working towards this
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK drivers licence
