My client is a global fire and security company who specialise in providing integrated fire and security systems in high end commercial and retail environments. This national company is working with large, professional organisations. They believe that on-going training and development is the secret to getting the best out if it's staff, and builds a loyal, longstanding workforce.

As an experience service engineer, you will be responsible for the service of fire and security systems such as GENT, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Kentec, Menvier, Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom and Galaxy.

Key Responsibilities but not limited too:

  • Service and maintenance of Fire and Security Systems.
  • Service of both conventional and analogue addressable fire alarm systems to a high standard of workmanship
  • Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.
  • To actively support at all times, company policies and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information
  • Demonstrate systems for customers, and explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms
