Salary: 28,295 - 37,440 per annum (With OTE 30,743 - 40,680)

The Role

This role is centred on delivering Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) services, including repairing life safety systems and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures and requirements within the contract. You will work in diverse environments daily and across various locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing, maintaining, and installing fire alarm systems (BS5839-1) and emergency lighting systems, as well as Nurse Call, Access Control systems, fire extinguishers and AOVs in accordance with relevant British Standards.
  • Accurately completing engineer service reports.
  • Striving for a first-time fix whenever possible.

Requirements

  • A full UK drivers license
  • Previous experience with fire alarms as well as knowledge on analogue addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
  • FIA training (or equivalent required) to BS5839-1 Fundamentals
