Senior Energy Assessor

This is a great opportunity to join a multidisciplined building services firm who provide highly technical services to projects across all sectors of the industry. They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Energy Assessor to join their sustainability team in their Oxford offices.

Role responsibilities for a Senior Energy Assessor include:

  • Working alongside other members of the sustainability and design team on projects from inception to completion.
  • Leading on project surveys and feasibility studies
  • Producing project designs and specifications
  • Carrying out On-site inspections and supervision, whilst undertaking contract administration and sustainable service installations
  • Use IES-VE to carry out thermal modelling and produce EPCs for commercial projects

The ideal Senior Energy Assessor will have:

  • Degree within a sustainability, engineering, or architectural discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience within a relevant role within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building regulations such as Part L and Part O
  • IES-VE software proficiency for building performance optimisation
  • Have an energy assessor qualification such as an NDEA or OCDEA
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
