Commercial Manager FTC Responsibilities
- Developing a strategy and business plan for the organisation’s commercial development
- Exploring new opportunities for commercial development
- Managing existing commercial interests
- Financial reporting
- Ensuring strict compliance requirements are met.
- Building excellent relationships internally and externally

Commercial Manager FTC Experience Essentials
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual with extensive experience in a commercial setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, contract negotiation, and growing revenue streams, along with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence a wide range of groups. You will need to be comfortable handling P&L responsibilities and meeting financial targets and KPIs. If you have experience in marketing, event management, and ideally in an educational environment, that is a big plus! We are seeking someone who’s not only tech-savvy and a strong communicator but also a proactive self-starter with a passion for results. If you are a team player who is excited to take on new challenges and deliver against targets, this could be the perfect role for you!

Commercial Manager Location
Our client is based in Oxford, there is parking available on-site on a first come first served basis. There is also access to a bus service from certain locations during term time.
This is a fixed term contract. The client is willing to accept applications from full-time or part-time candidates. Working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm (including a 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak) There is some flexibility for an early start and early finish.
