Job Description:
In this role, you will lead the company’s largest division, driving growth, innovation, and sustainability while shaping its future strategy. Collaborating with key teams, you’ll enhance customer offerings, strengthen partnerships, and advance digital transformation to ensure long-term success.
Experience Required:
- Sleeves up, get stuck in leader
- Highly commercial with a great track record of success (revenue profit) growing a product/destination ideally within adventure or expedition
- Experience managing multimillion commercial partnerships
- Confident with the ability to manage up and down
- Highly strategic
- Passion for sustainability
