This role focuses on relationship-building and client engagement, ensuring client satisfaction and helping them achieve their goals through tailored insurance solutions. You’ll be responsible for maintaining excellent client service, listening attentively to client needs, and offering expert advice as they navigate their insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, delivering excellent service and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the B2B insurance market.
  • Leverage your understanding of insurance products to guide clients in choosing the best solutions.
  • Actively seek and secure new business, using marketing, networking, and community outreach to expand the company's presence.
  • Work with clients to understand their unique needs through consultative questioning and listening, and offer tailored insurance advice.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work toward achieving optimal outcomes for both the company and the clients.
  • Continually learn and stay updated on industry trends and insurance products, working towards your Cert CII qualification.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management within the insurance sector, especially in the B2B space.
  • Passion for business growth, with experience in engaging clients through meetings, networking, and marketing efforts.
  • Consultative approach with strong questioning and listening skills to fully understand and meet client needs.
  • Enthusiastic about expanding your commercial insurance knowledge and eager to earn a Cert CII qualification.
  • Previous experience in commercial insurance and client-facing roles is required.
