Your role will focus on guiding prospective students and their families through the enrolment process for our world-class summer programmes, held at prestigious locations such as Oxford, Cambridge, Harrow, and Eton.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiries to successful enrolment.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable programmes.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for prospective students and their families.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with students and parents through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Provide expert guidance on course selection, programme features, and expected outcomes.

Market & Product Expertise

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our programmes and differentiate them from competitors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to offer valuable insights to customers.

Data-Driven Sales Approach

  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, manage pipelines, and report performance.
  • Analyse key sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with marketing, admissions, and operations teams to enhance the customer journey.
  • Share best practices within the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
