Job Summary:The CNC Programmer Operator will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components using Fanuc controls. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming:Write and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to create complex parts and components.
  • Setup:Set up CNC machines, including loading raw materials and conducting test runs to ensure proper machine operation.
  • Operation:Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
  • Quality Control:Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Documentation:Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, machine settings, and production runs.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with engineers and machinists to evaluate project requirements and resolve any issues related to machine setup and program performance.
