Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced CNC Miller (Setter) to work for an Industrial organisation in Oxford, Oxfordshire
Role: CNC Miller (Setter)
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Salary: £19.00 - £21: 00per hour
Hours: 4 day week, 40 hours per week. Mon - Thurs 0700-1730
Key Responsibilities of the CNC Miller (Setter):
- CNC Machining, and setting
- Operation of 3,4 & 5 axis CNC milling machines.
- Performing CMM inspection and production of inspection reports when required.
- Using initiative to improve quality/throughput etc.
- Working to scheduled lists.
- Operate within a 5's manufacturing environment and to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality standards.
About you:
- Experience of working with a variety of materials to tight tolerances
- Thorough experience of multi axis CNC machining
- Use of inspection tools and CMM desirable.
- Thorough experience of reading & interpreting component drawings and instructions
- Working to high quality standards
