We are currently working with a leading Facilities Management service provider to recruit a Maintenance Manager to work across a portfilio of public sector healthcare contracts in the Oxford area

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The role (LV AP) will supervise the site team in all site HFM matters and provide the AP function for LV in the operation of electrical maintenance, remedial, reactive and project work packages in accordance with the standards laid out in HTM 06-01 and 06-02. In addition to the core supervisory and LVAP element, it may also be necessary for the role to encompass additional AP duties, such as Lifts.

Candidate requirements:

  • Fully qualified electrician and experienced within 18th Edition (IET) Wiring Regulations.
  • 2391 accredited.
  • LV AP trained, or willing to undertake the training.
  • Experience of working within a team and contributing to the development of that team.
  • Experience of building and facilities maintenance in a healthcare setting.
