Join a dynamic Oxfordshire-based Main Contractor specialising in commercial projects within the education, healthcare, office space, and retail sectors.

Role Highlights:

  • Project Scope: Manage 2-3 sites, with individual project values ranging from £1m to £10m.
  • Support Structure: Oversee Site Managers and Project Managers on each site.
  • Main Contracting Background: Ideal for an established Contracts Manager or a Project Manager ready to step up, with experience in managing multiple projects.
  • Programming Skills: Asta programming skills are a plus, with training available.
  • Flexible Work Location: Work between site and office, providing autonomy in workload management.
