Intex Facades is seeking Labourers for a busy construction site in London, with a focus on SFS and Rainscreen Cladding projects.
Applicants must possess a valid CSCS card and have solid experience working on construction sites.
This is a temporary position with a pay rate of £122.5 per day, and the work schedule is Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
Duties include waste removal, driving a manual van, assisting trades, and maintaining site accommodation under the supervision of the Site Manager.
The role offers ongoing work for the right individuals, with fortnightly pay and a positive working environment.

Founded in 2004, Intex Facades has successfully completed over 300 SFS and Rainscreen Cladding projects nationwide.

We are currently looking for Labourers to work on a busy construction site based in London. Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card and have previous experience working on a construction site.

The role is a temporary position.

Duties:

Removal of waste materials and take to skips
Driving a manual van with waste materials
Excellent timekeeping
To perform the job in accordance with the companys policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy
To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time
Assist trades on site, carrying out any labouring tasks they may have
Perform general errands and help keep site accommodation tidy
Work under the supervision of the Site Manager
Adhering to site health and safety
Positive working attitude

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (weekends maybe required by prior arrangement)
