Location: Ideally Oxfordshire based Remuneration: £55,000 - £75,000neg (depending on experience) Benefits: Company vehicle & full comprehensive benefits package The role of the Project Manager - Curtain Walling Systems will involve:

  • Project Manager position producing dealing with a range of curtain walling and rainscreen cladding systems
  • Managing project from start to completion ensuring they’re complete to the highest quality with clients specifications met
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Overseeing and briefing subcontractors and site labour
  • Ensure that works are completed safely and to the requirements
  • Prepare RAMS and H&S documents
  • Regularly liaise with the clients and resolve any issues that arise
  • Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
  • Reviewing project progress with Quantity Surveyors and making variations where required
  • Managing projects ranging in value up to £8m

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - Curtain Walling Systems with:

  • Must have Project Management experience within the curtain walling / commercial glazing market sector
  • Ideally will be familiar with Schuco, Aluprof and Wicona systems
  • Ability to prepare logistical plans for projects
  • Must have experience dealing with New Build projects
  • Excellent communication skills across all level both written and verbal
  • Must be confident in resolving any project related queries in a professional manor
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
  • CSCS card, SMSTS / SSSTS
  • Full UK driving license
  • Strong leadership skills
