Location: Ideally Oxfordshire based Remuneration: £55,000 - £75,000neg (depending on experience) Benefits: Company vehicle & full comprehensive benefits package The role of the Project Manager - Curtain Walling Systems will involve:
- Project Manager position producing dealing with a range of curtain walling and rainscreen cladding systems
- Managing project from start to completion ensuring they’re complete to the highest quality with clients specifications met
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Overseeing and briefing subcontractors and site labour
- Ensure that works are completed safely and to the requirements
- Prepare RAMS and H&S documents
- Regularly liaise with the clients and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
- Reviewing project progress with Quantity Surveyors and making variations where required
- Managing projects ranging in value up to £8m
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - Curtain Walling Systems with:
- Must have Project Management experience within the curtain walling / commercial glazing market sector
- Ideally will be familiar with Schuco, Aluprof and Wicona systems
- Ability to prepare logistical plans for projects
- Must have experience dealing with New Build projects
- Excellent communication skills across all level both written and verbal
- Must be confident in resolving any project related queries in a professional manor
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- CSCS card, SMSTS / SSSTS
- Full UK driving license
- Strong leadership skills
