This company has a turnover of approximately £13M and delivers high-quality projects across new build and refurbishment. They operate across multiple sectors including high-end residential, commercial, and private education.
About the Role:
The Site Manager will play a key role in managing projects ranging from £1M to £5M across Oxfordshire. A strong technical ability and an excellent attitude toward leadership are essential, alongside a proven ability to manage high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with the project team to ensure smooth delivery from site setup to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Ensure the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment at all times.
- Provide leadership and support to the site team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- A portfolio of projects across Oxfordshire ranging from £1M to £5M, particularly in residential, commercial, or private education sectors.
- Strong technical ability with excellent knowledge of construction processes.
- A confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
