Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a challenging role with a reputable tight knit company who prioritise their staff's learning, development, offering a structured routine which will give you the opportunity to progress.

You'll be responsible for overseeing all site activities, from procurement of materials to quality control, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery across various roofing disciplines including tile, slate, green, and liquid systems.
In this role, you will manage direct and subcontract labor, attend client meetings, and conduct site visits. You'll take and record site measurements, produce risk assessments, and lead toolbox talks for staff. Additionally, you will monitor quality control, raise warnings for potential issues, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

THE ROLE:
