Responsibilities for Contract Managers

Manage a team of around to 4 Senior Managers.
Helping to implement new procedures
Overseeing multiple sites, at various stages
Liaising with clients

Requirements for Contract Manager:

Worked on multiple large traditional build residential schemes.
Taken projects from planning to handover.
Good Man Management skills.
