An FM Contract Manager is required for an exciting public sector contract withina historic market town and civil parish on the River Thames.
The primary role is to provide strategic leadership and relationship management, setting the culture of the account so that service delivery exceeds the organisational objectives of all stakeholders.
The ideal Contract Manager would be able toensure that the estate remains operational and compliant, with all work undertaken by competent engineers in accordance with a safe system of work.
