Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Contracts Management professional to support our client in effective procurement strategies.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and an MCIPS to Level 4 certification.
Candidates should have knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and public sector procurement, particularly in Professional Services categories.
Responsibilities include the full delivery of key procurement and contract management projects, including tender preparation and contract administration.
This flexible position offers a salary of approximately $70,000 and requires attendance in the office once a month for meetings and training.

We are seeking a skilled individual to support our client and theirpartners in delivering effective procurement and contracts management strategies. You would be required to come into the office once a month for meetings/training/workshops. Services this role will undertake are full delivery of key procurement and contract management projects within the Corporate and Commercial category, including tender document preparation, tendering, contract monitoring and contract administration.

You will need:

MCIPS to Level 4
Knowledge of Procurement Act 2023
Public Sector procurement knowledge and experience essential, particularly Professional Services categories of spend and having the ability to carry out end to end procurements with minimum supervision
Supervisory/management experience
Experience of Professional Services categories including, ICT, consultancy, FM alongside contract management
