Your Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files with supervision
- Handle all stages of conveyancing transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold extensions
- Re-financing and re-mortgaging
- Affordable housing matters
- Transfers of equity
- Deliver outstanding service to a network of valued clients
What We’re Looking For
- A skilled Conveyancer with experience managing conveyancing files from inception to post-completion
- A client-focused professional with a commitment to high standards
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and the ability to work effectively in a team
