An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing client. This position will help shape recruitment strategies, develop processes, and create a seamless candidate experience through their hiring process.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist some of your main duties will include:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for role across multiple disciplines
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
  • Partner with leadership to align recruitment with growth goals
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Build on their employer brand and promote the company at networking events

Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have 2-5 years experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role and have solid familiarity with the Oxfordshire talent market. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. Exposure recruiting within healthcare, AI, technology or academia would be extremely helpful. This position requires someone who is able to handle a busy workload, and have a forward-thinking and solutions focused approach. Demonstrable experience of talent mapping, succession planning and building recruitment processes from scratch would be a bonus.

Location

The office location will be based near OX4. It is essential that you drive and have your own transport.
