Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee Talent Acquisition Administrator to support our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to begin their career in HR and recruitment, with full training and development provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Post job adverts across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Screen applications and maintain candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, communicating with candidates, and preparing interview materials.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for working with people and an interest in recruitment and HR.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • No prior recruitment experience is required, but some administrative experience is a plus.
