- Manage a caseload of client contacts using Excel spreadsheets.

- Quickly adapt to changes in legislation affecting service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- No previous experience in council services required as full training will be provided.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain important information.
