- Respond to a high volume of customer emails.
- Depending on the service area, tasks may include reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and maps.
- Manage a caseload of client contacts using Excel spreadsheets.
- Check customer documentation and input details into Council systems.
- Adapt quickly to changes in legislation affecting service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions (when available).
- Full training provided experience in a contact centre would be beneficial
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
