Reed Public Sector is recruiting for a Temp Customer & Procurement Support Officer for a 4-6 week temporary role

Seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join the team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to support both our customer service and supplier management functions. If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, has excellent communication skills, and is highly organized, this role could be a perfect fit.

Ideally, you will have worked with corporate finance systems and also managed customers, via a CRM or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support:
    • Responding to customer inquiries via email, resolving simple issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
    • Maintaining customer records, processing feedback, and logging interactions to improve service.
  • Supplier Support:
    • Assisting with the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring smooth setup and communication.
    • Managing invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and payment queries, acting as the first point of contact for suppliers.
