Our client, a leader within their industry, is seeking a customer support co-ordinator to join their Technical team from their modern offices in Wheatley. This role plays an important part in the operational and logistical function of the organisation.

You will be responsible for various daily tasks which support the technical team with their work from booking in, scheduling, component ordering and problem solving. Additionally, you will also be customer facing dealing with telephone calls and patients who visit the organisation for appointments. You must be able to deliver excellent customer service and confidence on the telephone is key. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable as you will be working in an ever changing business environment where no two days are the same.

Daily tasks:

  • Daily organisation and case management
  • Communicating and liasing with team members in the department and the technical departments
  • Collaborative working in the department
  • Speaking on the telephone and in person to our clients and patients
