Hays Marketing are pleased to be supporting a locally based software company who are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This is a great opportunity for a marketing expert with good all round digital knowledge to take the reins and own all company digital marketing activity with particular focus on PPC, SEO, email and Lead Generation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute company digital marketing functions
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Use SEO practices to optimise articles and increase visibility
  • Launch and optimise various PPC campaigns
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements and skills

  • Proven hands on experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience presenting findings and reporting into C-suite level colleagues
  • Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, PPC (Google Ads) and SEO
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Be able to explain/turn complex marketing concepts into easy to understand content
