As the sole designer in a creative, fast-paced environment, this role offers an excellent chance to take ownership of all visual and marketing content, combining design, video production, and even a bit of marketing. About the RoleReporting directly to the leadership team, you will be the go-to person for all things creative. If you’re an experienced designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a knack for innovative problem-solving, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:• Graphic Design: Lead the creation of impactful visual assets for digital and print, including marketing campaigns, brochures, and social media content.• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit professional-grade videos that capture and promote the brand’s vision.• Web Design: Maintain and enhance the company’s WordPress website, ensuring functionality and alignment with brand identity.• Copywriting: Develop creative and engaging written content for campaigns, marketing collateral, and client communications.• Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver strategic campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.• Travel: Be willing to travel for on-site filming and client engagements.About YouTo excel in this role, you’ll need to bring creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic and supportive environment.Essential Skills & Experience:• Proven experience in graphic design, ideally as a sole or lead designer.• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).• Experience in video production, including filming and editing.• Familiarity with WordPress and web design principles.• Strong copywriting skills with a flair for creating engaging content.• Excellent organisational and communication skills.• Valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed.
