Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with several offices located around the UK. We are looking to speak with a dynamic Document Controller, who has a proactive, detail-orientated and structured approach to document management.
As a Document Controller, you will join our client’s rapidly growing Project Management Office (PMO), playing a key role in managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting project management efforts. You will also contribute to the successful delivery of an innovative healthcare and research facility, a construction project poised to make a lasting impact for generations.
As an ideal candidate, you will:
- Have a proven track record in the construction industry as a Document controller within a PMO.
- Have strong proficiency with any of the following electronic document management systems (EDMS): Aconex, Viewpoint Procore, Asite, or SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of project documentation processes and compliance standards.
- Be a proactive team player with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Be able to work on-site in the Oxford area (3-on-2-off work schedule).
